These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the legal framework governing the provision of the website and services by Phénicie Studio, and define the conditions of access and use of those services by the “User”.

Article 2: Access to the website

The website provides the User with free access to the following services: presentation of coaching services and contact with the coach. The website is freely accessible from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.

Article 3: Data collection

The website is exempt from declaration to the French data-protection authority (CNIL) as it does not collect any data about its Users.

Article 4: Intellectual property

The trademarks, logos, signs and all contents of the website (texts, images, sound…) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and in particular by copyright law.

The User must request prior authorisation from the website for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. The User agrees to use the website’s contents strictly for private purposes; any commercial or advertising use is strictly prohibited.
